What about lightning? Or are you talking about layer 3-4 solutions?
I am talking about Zenon Network, the successor to the Lightning Network. An L1 that also acts as an Bitcoin L2. Bitcoiners will understand in time. We can do better than Lightning, and we have to mathematically speaking. Lightning is not capable enough for global scale.
