Asian relays?
Right now, We only have China and Japan relays. Some of them are only accessible due to Geo-Lock (Japan especially). China is an exception, But be prepare yourself with the overload of random political contents flowing around with it.

geo lock for relays may be good. but also some versions of free transit
yabu.me could helps a bit as it let you read japan user contents. But it only allow write on japan ip only.
But don't worry about it, as japanese users sometime also connects to some non-japan relays.
