Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is suing Google over videos they took down of him on YouTube including videos where he questioned the safety of vaccines.

Kennedy is accusing the Big Tech giant of violating his 1st Amendment right.

In his lawsuit, Kennedy comes out swinging against the Biden administration and accuses them of colluding with Google.

“The government cannot censor its critics,” said lead attorney Scott Street.
