My self-hosted lnurl still isn't working for some reason, all the transactions are just pending until they expire.

Could be, I've deleted my DNS zone yesterday and after I recreated it it still even now isn't fully propagated.

yeah, that's almost certainly the problem... you could verify this by getting someone to use the DNS of your registrar to test if that works then you know it's just a waiting game
