If the US hadn't pushed eastward with NATO after 91 (fall of USSR) Ukraine might no be in war as it is now.
But if roles were reversed and it was USSR who won the Cold war then I suspect they would have done something similar to what US is doing now.
I think power corrupts is the main take away here. So how do we decrease power differentials?
Ultimately the answer is an internal, philosophical or spiritual one but in the meantime Bitcoin might be the best way forward. US wouldn't be so powerful and corrupt if the fiat money system wasn't so one sided in their favour.
Just some thoughts after watching this history boffins CIA and Gladio in early 20th C.
