Check on the settings in the Play store app. You should also check the country he was registered in. Some countries don't have our app..
I wonder if a parent can override that if they choose to give a child access anyway.
I tried to find the age setting in Settings, but couldn't.
We're located in Portugal, and I managed to download the app a couple of weeks ago on my phone just fine.
My husband has an Ulefone, could it be that?
Anyway, I've now installed the Plebstr app for him, but I would have preferred amethyst.
