For those who followed some of my workouts in preparation for a Memorial Day endurance race:

2.5mi (4km) loop with 34 obstacles, while carrying 30lbs (13.6kg) in a ruck, as many rounds as possible in 6 hours

I finished with 7 laps. That was 17.5mi (28km), 238 obstacles, in 6 hours and 2 mins

It’s Friday and I’m just now fully recovered

Fuck, bro!

It sucked, but was definitely an experience. I think I focused too much on my legs and cardio during my train up. They recovered quickly but my core and upper body was smoked all week.
