Primal has a built-in wallet if you are on ios.
Or you can use damus or iris with alby wallet but alby wallet you will have to het an invite
On the Alby wallet account they have some information as well on how to use alby i believe

If u use a signer u can create a LN account on the web via stacker.news
I was in the AppStore and couldn’t find any apps that were signer apps. I only have Apple products
