Yeah. It’s hit me hard this time.

I am starting to suspect that the older you get, the more subject to jetlag you become

Where did you go? For some reason I always find coming back is the worst part

I've used this in the past to make it a bit easier, if you have the flexibility to change your sleep pattern before or after the flight.

yes it is, my remedy: lots of sunlight, cardio and last resort - melatonin...
