Works maybe for small concerts but I doubt it’s viable if you have to factor in the wages of the organizers, promoters, stage crew etc.

Concerts will be crowdfunded before will start.
Let's say a band will announce a concert in x place and the budget they will need to cover for all the logistics.
Fans will see how much it costs and they start funding directly the whole concert.
