if you don't own anything, they really have nothing to take, which makes you not so useful. The only thing they could do is threaten to lock you up which cost them more of this shit government currency they use. It's a vicious cycle they'll ultimately end in their demise. An absolute beautiful thing to observe.

So what do you make of this safe harbor bullshit they gave us three days to understand and use? As far as I can tell if any of us comply with any of this it's going to give them precedence to do the same shit they do with regular taxes: surveil, target, punish.
I'm not going to say something hyperbolic but this isn't just a "keep quiet and wait" situation anymore.
We absolutely can not roll over to this. Any of us to any of it.
They could also issue a search warrant. Kick in your door. Imprison you. Harass your family. I hear your sentiment but I think you underestimate what they will do for monetary control. They have waged wars for this. They will not just "Oh well, guess we can't do nothin."
They will make our lives miserable if they don't get what we want.
We have to make their job impossible, not inconvenient.
