It is almost pumpkin spice season. I have given up coffee for tea. I will make pumpkin spice tea this season. Starbucks is all about Troons anyways.

What's your favorite tea?

Earl grey with a little milk. Though I'll drink Oolong Chinese style from time to time for the novelty.

I like a little lapsang souchong every once in a while. I don’t make tea all that often.

No its a Chinese tea. They dry the tea leaves over fires made with pine to give it a really smokey taste.

Ok I see it's 正山小种 (Zhèng shān xiǎo zhǒng)

It’s strong. Very smokey with a heavy pine taste. A little like gin.
