Eh idk. If you’re paying cash just give them the tip in cash. If you’re paying with a card, add the tip to the total.

It’s the second scenario.

Every service worker in the world still prefers a tip that does not flow through the machine (even if you pay for the service through the machine).

Yea I thought about it a little more, and so long as they have an lnurl QR up I think I agree.

I had a vision of doing one transaction with my card, and then my barber taking out his phone to generate an invoice and doing another transaction.
