Doesn't look that chaotic, most people there are photographers 😄

That was my first thought as well. More photographers than protesters. The demand for scenes of rioting and police brutality outweighs supply.

I think this was just the "frontline" though. Other shots show a lot more people backing up further away. Not chaotic though, yet.
