For the first time, markets are consistently examined for their functioning without ideological blinkers within the framework of a dynamic development theory, and, with the exception of the majority of goods markets, they are fundamentally questioned. Neither capital nor labor markets produce the results claimed by the overwhelming majority of economists and assumed in all their economic policy recommendations. This book creates a completely new foundation for economic policy.
