My reformed baptist church is following it but I am entirely unfamiliar. They are pretty good, I am pretty bad.

That is heartening to hear. Among American Protestants, it is really just the (relatively small) Reformed wing (Reformed Baptists and Presbyterians) that maintain a continuity and connection to the historic Church and her practices.

My church regards itself as [reformed] Catholic (not a separate church), and says that Protestant and Roman Catholicism are apostate churches, that the West is in deep, deep Sin and under God's judgement.

I like my church.

The Reformation stripped back tradition and practices is saw at odds with Scripture, but Protestants have ran with it so far that what they are doing can no longer be called Christianity.

Tradition must be conformed to Scripture and does not have the force of special revalation, and yes I believe it should be modest, but that doesnt mean there should be NO tradition, which would be absurd.
