Sampling my latest batch of #homemade #sauerkraut. Absolutely delicious. For those who have never tried real sauerkraut, it does NOT taste like the industrialized stuff available in the grocery stores. I will soon post a note describing it's production.

Kraut is a staple here, we have one jar left so we are savoring it. More cabbage won't be ready to make more until July.
