-Ray Peat carrot salad (organic carrot, organic coconut oil, organic apple cider vinegar, diamond crystal salt)

-Wild caught white fish eggs

-Pasture raised eggs with red bell pepper, onion, local grass-fed colby cheese, cooked in grass-fed local butter (red bell pepper was soaked in water and baking soda)

-Mashed avocado with fresh squeezed lime juice and diamond crystal salt

-Organic sourdough from my favorite local bakery with lotssss of butter

-Not pictured – dedicated beef liver capsules and fermented cod liver oil capsules
