Certificate probably expired. They need to renew it
I can access it 'normally'.
lol yes I know how to proceed, by clicking the button in my screenshot labeled ADVANCED and then clicking proceed. (I would never use google chrome lol).
But why would I want to proceed if they cant even be meticulous enough to update their security certificate before its expired?
I'll pass, No Thanks!
