A house costs 500k and you earn 1.5k a month. Now you can invest 50k and earn 150 a month. Well that‘s 0,3% return in a month or 3,6% while the Inflation is around 4-8% 👌
For a 500k house the rent will be 1.3~1.6k. So I'd starve unfortunately.
