High-fat dairy is often included in carnivore and keto diets, however the addictive quality of the caseins (casomorphins) might be a reason to be careful and limit it, as it can bypass satiety hormones!

List from the video of dairy with least (very little to none) to most caseins:

1. Ghee

2. Butter

3. Heavy cream

4. Half and half

5. Yogurt (full fat)

6. Soft cheeses

7. Milk (A2)

8. Cottage cheese

9. Milk (A1)

10. 2% A1 Milk

11. Skim A1 Milk

12. Hard cheeses

13. Casein protein isolate

14. Ultraprocessed cheeses

Keto would be a bit boring without the cheese. Luckily I'm not addicted to casomorphins, because there's no way I'm giving up hard cheeses.

NO WAY.
