i tried to run a small business once and i hired a friend, and the problem was that he wasn't doing his job, so things became difficult. also, some years ago, a friend of mine hired me for the Bitcoin exchange he was setting up, and there was conflict over wages, and it ruined the friendship.
A good friend of mine (the only 1 i have tbh) never works with me and my wife is in a totally different field than mine.
I maintain mutual with relationship with all my coworker.
Thats how you do it. Divide and conquer. Lol
