Not arguing, just asking to understand , how is buying equity in a company you support fiat? How do stocks join money to the state?

When the money is in the stock market, it is controlled by the federal government. When you put money in the stock market, You make that company worth more with your couple of shares. We are trying to dismantle the system right? And the stock market steals from us, so bitcoiners shouldn't put money in the stock market again because it's controlled by the federal government.
If bitcoiners keep feeding the Beast and the Beast is the stock market. Nothing is gonna happen. The Bitcoin standard will never get here if bitcoine's support the stock market.
What is the bitcoin standard way to buy into a company you support to capture some of the value they add with the help of the capital share holders invest?

How would I raise capital to start a bitcoin standard based company that can compete in the current global economy today and add value to the world so I get paid in bitcoin? How do new companies start in your world view where investing in a start up is unnecessary? Im sure I’m just missing something obvious, but I don’t understand how any 21 year old gets started building a future company today?
