What are good tags to follow to find people on this? There's no list of tags I can see.

Depends on what you want, gamestr, foodstr are nice, some have some spam, I just block those accounts to protect the feed 😂

Amethyst has no list of tags unfortunately. Follow people you interact with. You can follow tags in any post you see though.
