It worked perfectly for a month (I was buying weekly). Then, for some reason, I didn't receive the Bitcoin I paid for. The payment was received with no issues, so I contacted support. After numerous messages back and forth, I finally received the Bitcoin three days later. However, nobody could explain what happened or why it was delayed. A week later, I attempted to buy BTC again, but my payment method was rejected without explanation. So, I gave up. In other words, it works well when it works, but there can be some frustrating glitches
