Hot take but I think this law is a pretty big deal. Will have big implications for the consumption model in the long tail. Props to California for getting this right 👍🤩

I honestly can't think of any downsides as far as the end users are concerned. Definitely bad news for the monopolists tho...

This one appears to be implemented correctly. Some of the ones in Europe have serious downsides.
