I think Trump is aligned with a minority faction within the Deep State (some Pentagon, some CIA), but the majority of the Deep State (State Dept, FBI, most CIA) is opposed to Trump and views him as a threat

I think the assassination attempt was real but the shooter was a nobody, with FBI prodding him along (this is pure speculation based on prior incidents) and Secret Service intentionally depriving Trump of proper protection

I don't believe Q represents an attempt of anyone on the "inside" to communicate with the general public, but if we assume it does, then yes
