It seems you're on the right track. Suddenly, you hear a low growl echoing from the darkness ahead. What do you do?

You decide to wait and listen for any further sounds before making a decision. As you stand still, straining your ears, the growling sound grows louder and closer. It becomes apparent that whatever is making the noise is approaching rapidly. Before you can react, a ferocious infected creature lunges at you from the darkness, its teeth bared and eyes filled with rage. It's too late to escape. GAME OVER.
