MicroStrategy is looking for a new Director, Capital Markets

The Role: The Director, Capital Markets will be responsible for leading all aspects of treasury and capital markets activities, including equity, convertible debt, and preferred equity offerings.

This role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute financing initiatives, optimize the balance sheet, and maintain compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in capital markets, structured financings, investment banking, private equity, or public equity investing, with a deep interest in and understanding of bitcoin.
