The value in a NIP-05 address is the domain it resides in and the entity that controls that domain. Association with an employer, organization, or group, for example. Or an address tied to your own vanity domain or personal website.
Addresses with a domain that was set up specifically to provide NIP-05 addresses hold very little value.
