This entire plate looks phenomenal!
It is sour cream with a little bit of dill, some Cornishons, capers, pickled beets and smoked salmon. We wanted to do lox but didn't have the time to make it ourselves and the smoked salmon was already on deck.
Never thought to have smoked salmon with latkes… this is brilliant
