I have no doubt that the state will cease to exist and that centralized systems will collapse. Monopoly on money was the last thing that kept that ponzi scheme afloat. Now we have a precedent for decentralized money. Even if bitcoin in its current form gets destroyed, the idea that it is possible will never get destroyed.

Because history shows you that your scenario never happened, ever, because 99.99% of people want to feel as secure as they possibly can.
