btw: i don't think the water cycle filters out the nanotech. i'm on a well but that doesn't keep me from being looped in with food sources etc sourced elsewhere. and anyway - water is all recycled. theoretically, particulates would remain in the soil after evaporation and then wash away/absorb and be picked up again (if still operable) during rehydration/into plant or animal uptake.
