That’s how I do it. I go from Damus to Blue Wallet or Wallet of Satoshi.

Ya eventually Damus will have zaps integrated next to the lightning button, and Wallet of Satoshi and the other wallet apps will integrate NIP-57 so you don’t need to leave your nostr client to send zaps
