The benefit of Nostr to me is a freedom to say anything I’m thinking and to keep my privacy, it’s a discipline as for most, ego drives them to big centralised places where they can shout and show their identity. It’s not a good idea. Refining my outlook is teaching me better practices to future behaviour. It’s an ongoing process but worth it
