I don’t know, man… over the years I’ve actually managed to help a few of them by shear force of a will and time and will spent. But yeah, the time-to-return ratio is questionable at best. What worked out best was just talking to them enough so they’d remember the conversation, your willingness to talk and explain then waiting 3–4 years and watching them come crawling back for more info 😄
