This is what I use and it’s once daily. It reads for Covid but figured since it’s a weight thing should be the same for parasites.

If I feel a sore throat coming I’ll take 1 - 12 mg tab per my weight class 111-130. And like magic gone the next day.

Take note the far right column is for 3 mg dosage. It’s usually sold in 12mg. I gave some to a friend and she almost took 4 -12 mg tabs😲
