My region is drowned, government is responsible for not using funds coming from EU in order to clean rivers and fallen trees.

People were woken up during the night by the police to evacuate their home.

Crops are being destroyed.

Offices and companies are closed. Commerce is being shut down.

Who's gonna pay for this?

I believe it as well. It's been raining, but not that much. Despite this, rivers overflew because of alleged neglicency.

It never happened in 100 years, how come it is happening now, with our technological advancement?

This reeks of climate change future propaganda.
