I live in a pretty quiet area on the north side of Chicago. Building is fairly nice since there are new building super and manager. The only problem I've had here is the people on the first floor who are always leaving their garbage on the little deck. Usually not even covered. Last bunch has literally been there for 2 months. Mice and rats are hanging around.

Thank goodness, they're moving out today!
