I think we shall do more vacation between work, because if we can totally detach, and relay, then we will be more efficient. Therefore less working hours would be sufficient.

There was also a study on the 4 day workweek. That seems quite awesome! And I think the conclusion was, that the wellbeing of employees increased, and also they could achieve the things they wanted.
