You can do it “at home” with ffmpeg -y -hide_banner -t 10 -i video.mp4 -filter_complex "[0:v] fps=12,scale=w='if(gt(iw,ih),-1,150)':h='if(gt(iw,ih),150,-1)',crop=150:150,split [a][b];[a] palettegen=stats_mode=full [p];[b][p] paletteuse=dither=sierra2_4a" output.gif
Gonna have to start callin you the "one liner wonder" with all these commands helping us transcode stuff 🤪
