I replaced the cable and more realize port 8333 is blocked. Can't find any firewall issues and it is being port forwarded to the server. Any ideas #asknostr?

Where do you think Port 8333 is being blocked? Locally on the server? On the firewall? By your ISP?
What is is your node running on? You can disable the firewall as a test. From another machine on your network you can try to telnet to lower 8333 and see if you connect.
Start9 doesn't have the port open...
