Yup. Law is a subset of morality. The set of morally good actions is a subset of the set of legal actions.
Threatening or wishing abstract/vague violence is protected speech in the USA. It has to be pretty specific about means, timing, location, etc to be a crime in the USA. Generally much more is protected than people think, but it does vary by country, ex England vs USA.
Only Catholics and Jesuits can get away with it. Their employees, the fake Khazar Jews, also get away with it. Otherwise... you can't if you're protestant, or not a Kabbalist.
