Landlords in 2024: All you need is 3x the rent, First Month rent of $1900, Last Month rent of $1900, deposit of $1900, credit score of 750 or higher, no evictions in the last 12 years, NO pets, no off street parking, no backyard, no utilities included, late fees are $50, Application fee $65, blood of your first born & some fruit snacks.

As a landlord, yes, this is what inflation has done to us. Our ability to provide reasonably priced housing is increasingly out of reach.
