Does anyone has the concrete BIP's that aim to solve this and make bitcoin quantum resistant? I know there are some but would lile to read them first hand.

Also isn't "just changing" the hashing algorithm a crazy impact on mining hardware? Asics would become inefficient over night no? But the difficulty would adapt ?
