Yeah, all the images I've shared have been kind 1, would that mean I'd have to double post my pics for them to show up in lumina and my npub.pro page?

I got a version of lumina which also includes kind 1 photos. But this breaks the UX in different ways and I don't think I will implement it anytime soon.

If you want to have a picture first feed of your profile, then you need to publish your pictures as kind 20 instead of kind 1. Or do both. 🤗

been there... I didn't post any kind-20 until this weekend. You can't have a accurate time stamp for all your past photography, that's what bothers me the most but getting used to it. (new users would feel the same) Yeah and the fact that kind-20 feels a little bit dead. I decided to use kind-20 as my photography gallery and post randomly from the past just to support it. Kind-1 is when you really want to have conversation and feedback with your pictures, at least for now.

But in the future it would be awesome if we get the feedback and conversation to kind-20 notes!! - Will look through it and react more often from now on :)

A client could actually back-date the events with the time of the photograph. They would show up in to past - but there is no client doing that I guess.

with metadata?

Yes, they could take that date from exif metadata in the image.
