congrats! This is good to see. We've butchered rabbits, chickens and ducks so far. Hope to get sheep soon.

(I say we've butchered, but the first time I tried to kill a rabbit I started sobbing, so I'm pretty much useless in this regard. "We" actually means that my husband consults with me on which ones to cull and I go do something else...)
