Best homemade fresh cheese spread you can imagine. Not sure if it will work with foreign ingredients, as I found out that diary product very much differ throughout the world. But you can try.

400g of sour cream

150g of cream (curd?) cheese

Some chives OR wild garlic OR simmilar herbs

1/2 of onion, finely chopped

Pepper

Salt

Let it rest over night in the pasta sieve and over some cloth. Some of the liquid in the cheese will come out as a result, leaving you with a most delicious and smooth spread yoi can imagine.
