that is a valid point. it does seem at this point shadow ban is in full effect if you're not a blue check. an algorithm is probably already in place to further reduce reach if one is promoting other alternatives. ideally would like to delete everything on twitter and just leave one post up saying, "running nostr."
The analogy that comes to mind here is buying Bitcoin with your fiat vs. using Bitcoin to trade for good and services. Both are valuable and necessary. Keep the beacon, and focus it towards nostr.
