Hi, the button "manage your web account" takes you to the Account Settings - and you can see your e-mail there.

The extension is a tool to connect to various nodes, it doesn't know about any e-mails, and shouldn't know.

The e-mail you refer to is the one you registered your Alby Account with - accessed with getalby.com. You can plug the extension to this Account but you don't have to.
